My PC (device) will not show up to install a game on (GamePass)

I recently signed up for the gamepass for PC beta and I...

1. Updated my PC,

2. logged into my PC using my Microsoft account

3. Checked my account to see I was logged in on the game store,

4. Made sure my PC showed up in the list of devices

But when I try and use the store BOTH directly or through the xbox console app and try and download a game, my PC will not show up as an option for download and if I try and download I get error code: 0x80070490

I am trying to download the outer worlds but an having no luck. I have been trying for an hour. I tried cancelling my subscription and then paying again but still no luck

You can see my account shows I am a member of gamepass and my PC is added as a device:

Half the time when I click on a game it acts like I dont have a subscription to the service:

If I do get it to recognize my gamepass account my PC does not show up as an option to download:

I have plenty of harddrive space available:

I dont know what else to try. I have rebooted several times, checked for updates over and over. Every screen I am in I check to see my account is logged in.

Have you tried through the Xbox (beta) app (not the console companion app)? If you don't have it installed, you can install it from https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/pc-games?xr=shellnav

Yes I currently have the gamepass ultimate and im actually trying to install it in the microsoft store application in the pc so im not really sure why my pc not showing up everything is linked and when I installed another dlc and my pc shows and lets me install it.

Yes, all up to date. And weirdly enough.. i've installed the PC Gamepass App on my Windows Laptop... AND the controller does not work on their either. Strange! This controller works fine if i use the XBox Gamepass app via android devices.

It appears that unfortunately, the 3rd step did not work either. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Gamepass for PC, and now it says {} unknown available. As the first time it showed {F:} Unknown available, but now, it shows no Drive at all.

And as it appears it's only the Xbox Gamepass games. EA games install fine (I tried a couple of them). And still, under the settings, it doesn't show any selection for default.

Just to add, Gamepass games install fine on my other PC. And Steam games install fine on this PC (The one I'm having the issue with). As well as EA Games. It's only the Gamepass games having the install issues.
