My party and messages aren't working

everytime I press "start a party" the words just stay grey for about 10-20 seconds and then it either says try again in a while or says party encountered an error and when I try and go to chats none of my chats load in. I'm at my dads and there's no wifi
im using my galaxy s10 Hotspot on 5 gigahertz, I use it every time I come here and it always works perfectly fine. My nat type is strict and I know that means partys shouldn't work but its always been strict and I'm only seeing problems with it now.

Nevermind it worked finally

I can't even look at my connection because it keeps signing me out and when I click on my profile it says signing in for like f minutes and say an error occurred.

Wow, did it in like, 10 seconds! sadly, however, it seems the problems still persist upon immediate look. I'll restart my Xbox to see if there's a difference.
