    My overall Xbox one problem


    I got my xbox one back in christmas of 2015. It never had any problems up until these past few months of 2020. It would freeze sometimes, not do things correctly as I intended, have problems installing games, and would have to FACTORY reset it almost multiple
    times a day. There has to be a solution for this because im not going to sit in this house all day and do absolutely nothing when I just bought Ac odyssey and the new Rainbow six siege battlepass. My birthday is almost coming up as well in the midst of this
    whole corona virus dilemma, should I buy a xbox one s and replace my older xbox one? Do I get it repaired? (Which takes time)

    My advice is to reward yourself with a new X. Or S if you want cheaper solution. You are not interested in Series X coming this holydays?

    I'm just going to reward myself with a xbox one s, this whole pandemic is just asinine because I want to be able to do normal stuff but sadly I cant because it takes a global plague for people to wash their hands when they should've been doing it in the
    first place.

    I've tried multiple solutions that just does not work sadly, the only solution I have been not able to test is the factory reset with the usb offline stuff which Im not going to do because I don't even have a pc. Make solutions posssible next time in your
    next console. I'm just going to reward myself with the xbox one s and replace my older version, sadly.

    Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your console is freezing and giving you problems with installing games. Is your console enrolled in the

    Xbox Insider Program    ? The factory reset is generally the best option to take in this scenario. You can also try

    power cycling the console     by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. The Xbox Insider Program can cause issues with the console as well. Be sure to let us know the results
