My Outlook account doesn't "exist" anymore so can I get my minecraft account back somehow?

Well i wrote my email but it seems that it has been closed or smth. I know its the correct email as I got a message on my phone. Does that mean my minecraft account is lost forever? Cuz that would suck :/

The last time I played minecraft with this account was in like november of last month. Also now that you mention the phone number thing. I just check and it seems i have messages from microsoft saying stuff about some other access to my account. Well i got this message and now im not sure what to do and how to return it. I also got this second message but idk that email account. Its definitely not mine. Any assistance I could get on getting my minecraft account back?

Additionally, did you not remember receiving an email from Microsoft in a previously registered email address or phone number?
