My other XBoxes connect to XBox Live, but one doesn't.

I have 2 XBox Ones and a Series X that all work just fine, whether connected wirelessly or wired. But my friend was having trouble connecting his XBox One to his Network. I tried resetting the MAC Addrees, DNS and IP Address set to Auto, resetting the Router, wired (and tried a new ethernet cable that I knew was good), wireless, tested the Network Connection (Good), Multiplayer Connection (Good), NAT was Moderate, UPnP (Unsuccessful), removed the Profile and logged it back in, several Restarts in the process, power off for several minutes including unplugging the power cord.

Then I tried connecting my Series X to his network and it connected wired and wirelessly with no problem to both the internet and XBox Live. I didn't have to alter any settings, just gave it the network name and password.

So, I brought his XBox to my house where I know my XBoxes work perfectly and connected it to my network (wired and wirelessly), ran the same test and settings, power-cycling, NAT was Open, went through all of that again and it wouldn't connect to XBox Live but all tests came back good. I thought trying a Factory Reset at this point, but it's greyed out because of no XBox Live connection.

What should I try next, please, and thanks in advance!

A. Reset your Xbox by bringing the Xbox startup troubleshooter.

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

Press and hold the Pair button and the Eject button on the console, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Note: The Xbox Series S and the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition do not have Eject buttons. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the Pair button (steps 3 and 4) and then pressing the Xbox button.

Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10–15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Once there, choose "Reset this Xbox".
You may want to try first with the Keep my games and app option.

However, if you can't pick that one, you may need to choose Remove everything.

B. Perform an offline update on your console.

i believe she means internet access as in the one xbox has a wired connection and the other one doesn't have anything and doesn't have wireless connection, thus meaning only one xbox can be played on LIVE which is the one thats connected

There is no ip conflict. Only one xbox is connected at a time. Due to restrictions of the router, only one host can be port forwarded for xbox Live. Therefore, to have Open NAT with both, the one has to be configured to be identified as the other for
port forwarding to work. It doesn't make any sence why one has no connection problems but the other constantly is disconnecting from xbox LIVE while playing Halo Reach.

I can't play online with my xbox one with advanced warfare at all tried to connect to online and it kicks me off. My live works with all my other games but doesn't work for call of duty advanced warfare this is real frustrating.

I have had this problem as well only with my Xbox One X. My original Xbox One worked fine, but after I upgraded to an X it would sometimes take ages to connect to xbox live, on a wired or wireless connection, it doesn't matter. Sometimes it comes straight
up, other times it takes a minute or two, and rarely it wont connect at all. Setting a static IP address seems to work, but I shouldn't have to do that.

My other XBoxes connect to XBox Live, but one doesn't.
