My other account got hacked and im trying to get it back

Entered my email into a discord server and got hacked, cant access the account anymore, the log in has changed some how so whenever i try sign in it says account doesnt exist. However if i try to make a new account with the same email it says i already have an account. How do i regain access to this account ?

You should never share your account details with other people or 3rd party websites/services, such as Discord servers. This is a common phishing tactic.
