See title. I tried to log into minecraft for the first time in awhile, and i couldnt sign in with my account. so i tried again, with the email i used for that account, and it prompted me to make a new account, the one im posting this on.

Ive tried contacting support but the shit system just sent me in a fucking circle. I know my original account is mine, i used the email this account is using. I assume my original account had the email changed, but im sure there are other ways of verifying me as the original owner. I cant find any way to contact a person aside from this forum.

Along with checking out the compromised account solution, you should also contact the bank that the account's billing is tied to. If you are not the owner of the billing account you need to contact the person who does own the credit/debit card tied to the
account immediately and tell them that the Microsoft Account could have been compromised. In doing this, the goal is to prevent fraudulent purchases being made on the account. Informing the bank or the owner of the billing tied to the account can help curb
purchases being made without authorization as stolen money and card details can often be life ruining.

Hi Darhyl,

I'm sorry but this information does not help me.

I've tried to do what the links tell me to do but there is something about my security info only being allowed to change once per 30 days resulting in my not being able to change it back to my original email.

If there is anything you can do please let me know as I fear my account could get quite easily compromised again.

If I was you, and I know my account hasn’t been compromised or there is no possibility its associated with a different PSN, I’d contact Mojang.
