My Orginal Xbox Account Was Banned Bcuz My Friend Modded My Avatars Hair Color

Back in 2013 I had the best account and gamertag ever created called "Lehgoo" with thousands of hours put into the gaming world and I was young and didn't know anything and my friend asked if he could change my avatars hair color and I didn't know any better
and was permanently banned because I let it go down. I understand the needed care of the situation but I don't believe its right that the account I spent thousands of dollars on and Ive spent even more since 2013 adding up to be over ten thousand that I should
have all my old games and experience taken away from me because of a tiny mistake I made and was so young I couldn't see the clear repercussions... Honestly I would do anything to get my experience back on all of the Elder Scrolls Games and I don't think Bill
Gates would permanently ban his son for doing this "heinous" act.... I would pay all the money I've ever made to get this account back. Please if you can speak to anybody higher up in Microsoft over this please do it would mean more to my soul at the end of
the day then anything I've ever been through in my life. This is such a needless offense at the end of the day and I just want to be able to have my voice heard over this issue because it was so small and the reprocussions were so much harder than I could've
ever expected honestly please if you can do anything help me...I've spent my whole life after school playing on a Microsoft platform for hundreds of hours just to get my favorite account and gamertag taken from me over something so miniscule... It really breaks
my heart to tell you the truth but im not begging just asking a professional a Microsoft to take a stand for this verdict I was given for no reason..Thanks in advance and have a snazzy day.

hey my xbox account was banned because someone hacked it and changed my xbox info then changed my avatars hair and skin color the account was xlgsxcluchx48 please help banned till 12/31/9999

I have an account that was perma banned, i was wondering why..... If it was because of my avatars modded color to blue, I think personally that I should not have been banned but warned because I see multiple other people with modded avatarts and nothing
has been done to them at all for years..... Microsoft please respond ASAP.

P.S. Can I ask for a second chance if I stop modding the avatar?

 

Also just to clarify for anybody who might be looking into this and thinking I didn't handle my school work I was one of the top students in my class and im in college looking to get in the Secret Service.

No one but an enforcement team member can respond to any suspensions they issue and they are only contactable via the case review process at
https://enforcement.xbox.com/. Given the suspension happened over a year ago a case review will not be an option.

Terms of Use - a user is responsible for what happens to their account. So you are unfortunately out of luck.

Also, keep in mind your suspension took place 5 years after Bill Gates stepped down from running Microsoft in 2008 so what he would or would not do to his children if they broke the rules that were agreed to when they created an account is irrelevant.

Take the suspension as a lesson to always read any contract/service agreement fully before agreeing to it to ensure you are following all the rules of the agreement.

If anyone owes you anything it would be the friend who did the act and lost you all the access to the items purchased on the suspended account.

 

Unfortunately it being 5 years ago ban, also takes into account that by now your gamertag has probably been archived away, and it might have been released back out on the market since your account has been dead for 5 years. sorry but this is all on your
friend for getting your account in trouble...I can't tell people enough today, DO NOT under any circumstances allow others (even your "friends") access to your account.
