    I need the receipt for roblox I turned on the filter I scrolled all the way to the end of the list and there was no order for roblox even though I own it please fix this issue I need the receipt desperately

    So, been about 6 hours now, no reply from the person I spoke to, Status page says the site is fixed, I am still getting errors and I am unable to see order history.

    Now I'm even getting an error just attempting to access the store on my Xbox One X.

    Can access store again, so must be just slow on my end for that one. :/ This is getting to be irritating.

    I contacted support shortly after that message, the person I talked to is going to send this to someone to look into as he tried adding things to my cart and got the same errors I was getting. So once I get an e-mail back from him about this, I can let people know.

    Web Services is being affected as well, as reported on the website, which may affect purchases. It's not just on Xbox 360.
