My opinnion for the xbox support and microsoft support

Hello so yeah , i am sharing my opinnion with the microsoft support because i have to , so people can save their ms account from the bad account recoevry team.

So for me i have never seen the worse experience in a support. It's been almost 2years i am trying to remove the suspension of my microsoft account that was made by the account recovery team.

So in 2nd February 2022 my Ms account have been hacked , I waited 10days until I contact the support (this was my first time) I talked about my issue etc... they told me they will transfer my data and I said it is better than losing the account. However what I got was "account suspended indefinitely" because they were not able to recover it ??? What how they can't recover an account if they are the one which created this system , sspotify , steam , riot are literally able to recover an account even if the security info have changed.

This email was sent by the support in 11th February.

1month later, account was 50% recovered because the hacker was for the start my classmate. This was in 30th March 2022.

Finally between this day 30th and present I actually did 314 cases unsuccessful to remove the suspension of my Ms account.

That's why I suggest you guys don't ever contact the support if you are having an issue with ur account especially those compromised.

You will lose your account and that's annoying.

I am not really talking about xbox live account but mocrosoft account. And this have to do with the support because their account recovery are the one who did the suspension and that's impossible that a billions $ company can't do this .

Didn't broke Tos it is just an incompetent agent who didn't say "your account might be suspended" if he said that I wouldn't even contact the support microsoft again.

Suspension of an account isn't the same as an account lock

If your account as suspended while you lost access support can't help you lift the suspension

Thats beyond thier power nor does it remove whatever incured it

You have.to file an appeal directly on the enforcement.xbox.com

If it's just an account lock then all it is is recovering your account support can do that

You cannot transfer info between accounts period

However If they are saying your account is permanently suspended that still means you can sign into outlook.com or enforcement.xbox.com

It's just you can't use it on xbox or the xbox app

And if I were you I'd apply for an appeal soon since it has to be done within 1year of the suspension

That has nothing to do with support

Thanks. Again totally get that but its not that he bought bread and didn’t like it. The shop keeper sold him a packet of cigarettes with someone elses ID and he went back and bought several more. I cant blame Phillip Morris as the shop keeper should
have ensured checks he made were correct, evenn though i hte the fact that Phillip Morris produced the product in the first place. If the shop keeper chooses to sell an dictive product, he must also take measures to ensure that product is not consumed by minors.
A landlord that keeps serving a drunk man beer is the irrisponsible one and should have had a duty of care before the man fell iver and badly banged his head! The Landlord here takes nil responsibility!!
