My one s could fully control my tv using hdmi-cec, my series s can only turn it on or off....

If possible, turn off your TV's
HDMI-CEC function. Depending on your TV it's often called something brand specific like "Bravia Link" for Sony TVs, Viera Link for Panasonic, or Anynet+ for Samsung.Check your TVs user manual if it is able to control other devices via HDMI. Then turn the
