My old salve was overwritten by a new one due to live error

Hello, on June 3 at 10:33 am I created an additional account on my Xbox to start a new career in the game Forza Horizon 3, but I ended up being Live that day was bugando for several players, following this I lost My level 693 save so returning to level 1
urgently need the old save with my original account because there is a championship day 13 and I need to train to be able to qualify me

Recent update has refused to let me play online - Error 3151-335A-1380-0700-C000-003C

My 6 moth old Slim can't get updated and therefore access live due to these error codes...

I've updated by console twice never encountered any of these problems.

How to Turn Off Xbox One Cloud

So if i played a game offline and connect it back online, all my save files will be overwritten by the old cloud saves?

Hey there EyllonEloy,

There isn't a way to recover cloud saves on the Xbox One. You'll want to make sure that you're only signed into the profile with the save data you're wanting to use to ensure it's not looking for a save on another profile. It's possible that could be what's
going on. Also make sure that you're connected to Xbox Live to ensure the console is using the saved data from the cloud and not the local storage.

If the new save has already overwritten the old one online there is no chance to get the old save back.

It could be an overwritten Gigabyte file, that deletes old unnecessary files and patches the new ones.

Thanks for getting back to me, but that isn't my problem, I think my old Minecraft account has been overwritten with a new one when I reset my password.

Something I noticed on a different computer that used to have my old gamertag account logged in. Was that the new gamertag that doesn't own Minecraft said "active", and the old, good account didn't have "active" and when I clicked the 3 dots to open a drop down menu for the account it said "Set as active." but when I clicked that and typed in the credentials for the account it said "welcome _____________" where the blank is the new, bad gamertag. Which brings me back to a point that I mentioned in my first post, my old Minecraft account I think has been overwritten with a new one when I reset my password.

I have tried a lot of things, but I think the only was to fix this is if there is a way that somebody can access my old account and re-establish it as the main one linked to my Microsoft account.

I have also contacted Minecraft support and am waiting for a response.
