My old Microsoft account was hacked and taken from me and I want to get it back

Hi, when i go to sign in to the old account it says that thr account doesnt exist but when i go to the create new acciunt it says that there is a account with thet email, somebody please help me, texh support hasnt helped at all.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issues with your account. We recommend to request a call from a support agent. They will be able to look into what is going on with the email.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

The problem I'm facing is my Microsoft account got deleted and cannot be recovered for some reason, I wanted to get back my minecraft account in my hacked Microsoft account.

i got hacked and all my microsoft points taken and spent on total [mod removed] it took 13 days for them to investigate it then i get my account back but they didnt address the real problem and they didnt bother giving my microst points back i lost 5000
now this is after i explained to them once again i have to wait another 25 days for them to get back to me on my points mother *** pain in the @@@ it shouldnt take this long they can have there games that were purchesed i want my damn points back

the answer to this problem is right in Microsoft's face all they have to do is shut down the websites providing the cheats and find the people hacking and modding and get the mods or hacks taken away from them like find hackers that just hack to help people
and get them to help make a mod to make the other obsolete because there are people out there that will only hack to get some ones account back

i was hacked awhile back and had about 600MSP taken from my account and there was fifa 2012 played on my profile and i dont own the game i called microsoft and they changed my password and replaced my MSP very quick and were very helpful
