Only games purchased on your account would show up on your download history. If you haven't purchased the game using this account then you wouldn't be able to re-download it from this account. If you really believe that you've purchased the game on this
account then you'd need to contact phone support for assistance with this issue.

Download History can be found by going to your Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History.

And just to add a bit more info here, as far as games becoming available later, the goal is for 100 or so titles to be available when the feature releases to the public, but with more and more titles being made available on a regular basis. However, I think
the chances are basically zero that any titles will be added to BC which already have an Xbox One version.

On the purchase upgrade side, that's going to be a case-by-case basis - some games have had a "free upgrade" to the new version or deals like that, while others just have to be re-purchased.

Both of these games have separate versions that require separate purchases for the new consoles to take advantage of their features.

As far as roster updates, you'll have to take that up with 2K, But I would expect that they stopped updating them when they shut down the servers at the end of last year

Yes 2k stopped updating the rosters but my rosters belongs to 2019. If you enter the 2k21, you will see the normal 2021 roster, like James Harden in Nets, Jrue Holiday in Bucks etc. My roster is way old than 2021.
