My old email account got compromised months ago and I still can't access my Xbox Live account

As the title states, an old email address (which I was able to recover in a relatively short time) got compromised months ago. All accounts tied to this email were also compromised, including my Xbox Live account. This is the only account I still haven't been able to recover. Whoever got in changed the email address tied to the account as well as the password. I haven't been able to get back into my account using the recovery form and there is no way for me to contact Microsoft Support because, god forbid, we ever make things easy. I have photo evidence of my old email being tied to the account as it still shows up underneath my gamertag on my Xbox One. The last game that I purchased was Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, and my Xbox network device ID is FD0060375FFE9F91. I am providing this information in the hopes that some support member may see it and confirm that I am the original owner of the account. I'm not sure where else to go from here. I got discouraged months ago after a complete lack of real assistance but figured I'd give this another go. Is there any other option for me? I have no way of contacting a real person as of right now. Please make your support more accessible. Bots cannot do everything.

Edit for further context: Some of the information I used when creating the account is not actually my identity (using Matt Grant instead of Matt Ginart) as my father set up the account when I was younger and he was always conscious of internet safety. I've tried my best to accurately remember the old information and I would hope that one minor thing like the birth date being off wouldn't stand in the way of all the other evidence that the account is mine.
