    Hi there,

    this could be a regional/time zone issue or a cache issue.

    When something like this happens be sure to double check the release date and time and if the game was released in your region then please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering
    on again:

    That usually will solve issues like this.

    Is you account an adult or child account.

    As child accounts wont be able to play them as they have a age restriction.
