My notifications don't work.

When people send me messages I can see them. But when people add me, or like my clips I don't see them.

When I go to settings I have all notifications turned on. But yet it never shows up if people add me or not. It's weird.

I have new followers ON activity feed ON, but still doesn't work. Anyone know why?

Activity Feed Notifications Don't Work

Hello. For quite a while now, I never get activity feed notifications. So whenever someone likes or comments on a video clip, screenshot, etc, I never know about it unless I'm looking through them.

- This has been happening for a while, so the console has been restart, shutdown, unplugged several times.

- In settings, under the section that specially deals with Activity Feed Notifications, every box is checked.

- I get these notifications on my phone via the app, just not on the console.

How can I fix this? If all the options are selected and the console has been restarted, turned off, unplugged, account signed in, signed out, you name it... what's left to try?

Activity Feed Notifications Don't Work

Still looking for some info or acknowledgment on this please. To recap, I don't ever receive activity notifications on my console. I get them on the phone and PC, but never the console.

I've used instant on and power saving. Doesn't work. I've checked all the boxes, unchecked them, and checked them again. No dice. I've deleted the alternate MAC address, did a system reboot, unplug and even a console
factory reset. Nothing. NAT is open.

I get all other notifications, but I don't think I've gotten these for coming up on a year now.

 

It's nothing at your end.

Notifications were not always popping when this dash was in the beta stage but still hasn't been fixed but the NXOE team are aware of the issue.

 

mine shows the notifications pop on the screen but nothing shows up in the notification tab, hope this gets fixed.
