My new Xbox does not register that I bought GTA in the past and says I need ultimate.

I bought GTA a few years ago before you needed Xbox Ultimate to purchase it. On my new Xbox it doesn’t come under games owned and in the store says I need to upgrade to ultimate even to just play story mode. I managed to download it onto my Xbox using the Xbox app and recently played feature- however it wouldn’t let me start the game as it said I didn’t have access to it. How do I fix this considering I paid money for the game originally?

    :)

Hello, HAZZA. I'm Arturo, and I'll be glad to provide assistance with your inquiry today.

Please review if you are trying to access the Xbox One edition of the game or the Series X|S edition. Recently, Rockstar launched a separate version for the last-gen consoles.

    Xbox One version:
    https://www.xbox.com/games/store/grand-theft-auto-v-xbox-one/bpj686w6s0nh?SilentAuth=1&wa=wsignin1.0

In addition to that, you may want to review your Microsoft account order history to find the version of GTA V you own:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Thanks for your attention,

    Arturo.

    Preview program previous member

I need help also. I became a preview member on xbox one last year, and then my xbox broke. So i bought a new one and i cant get back into the program because it says that the console is registered to a different account. So i contacted xbox support and they
told me to come here and possibly an ambassador can help me.
