    My new xbox 1 keeps looping at the start up settings


    I'm setting up my new xbox 1 and i cant get past the "Network" part of the set up process. every time I pick my network and it tells me im all good. it goes back to step 1 and i have to do it over again and it keeps looping. how do i get past this issue

    that did not work either....all it does is keeps bring up the controller like it is the start up menu and it is stuck in a loop
