    My new series x isn't working properly


    Please help, I just got a new xbox series x because I was having issues with the last one, and they sent me in a defective unit, AGAIN, If someone knows how to fix this please help I've tried everything already. The problem is that half of the screen looks all weird and messed up and I've tried on different TVs with different cables and nothing works if someone knows how to fix this please help me.

    Neither of those methods worked. This disc works fine on my One X and it isn't scratched, so I think it's a problem with the Series X.

    The 144 Hz monitor should work fine with an Xbox Series X console. Make sure you set the refresh rate properly in the Xbox Series X settings.
