My new microsoft account apparently is already connected to minecraft

It sounds link it is the other Microsoft account you have connected to the PSN account. If this is the case, you will be unable to link the new Microsoft account to the PSN account. You would need to create a new PSN account to link to the new Microsoft account.

This is regarding Minecraft PS4 version and linking/unlinking a microsoft account.

I linked my sons Microsoft account to MY ps4 account. I didn’t realize this until it was too late. I have since created a new xbox gamer tag for me and using a new email account. It seemed to unlink because there was a flash
with my correct game tag in the bottom left corner but then it said ‘Opps! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft Account...”.

After deleting all ps4 saved data files for Minecraft and application file and reinstalling application, it still gives me the message “Opps! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected
Microsoft Account...”

Anyone know how to unlink a Microsoft account from a PS4 account?

I only have one Minecraft account also only one PlayStation network account.

I also try to create a new Minecraft to login same PlayStation network account, same error in both account - Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on “PlayStation Network”

Your Minecraft account is already connected to a Microsoft account. To fix this.

Try to log in with the Microsoft account you used before.

If you don't remember, check your email for messages from Microsoft or Minecraft.

Use that email and password to sign in.

If you can't access the old account, you might need to create a new Microsoft account and buy Minecraft again.
