My new hyperkin x91 controller doesn't work on my phone

This is a hardware problem?

i recently purchased a Hyperkin x91 controller and after i plugged it in and got into a games camera it turns left to infinity without end, without even touching the analog sticks it does it in game jolt games and in fps games and
i cannot fix it because there's no way to update firmware nor other things.

has anyone else had this problem? or am i but one who speaks for all to hear but resonates not, and falleth upon deaf ears?

If you are looking for an upgrade it means something better to standard one which is already good.

Razer,scuff and other dont bring a significant difference to standard one.

Keep elite controller as primary choice.

Before buying try your hands on it from a friend or nearby store.

If you are comfortable with the additional weight go for it.

For Arcade/Retro games i use Hyperkin X91.
