My network seems to have blocked some microsoft services

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Also, please try a different network connection to check if the issue will still occur.

I don't know if Microsoft services are doing good or bad guys. I am just seeking help. On the site, it seems all services are ok.

also, I can't connect to Xbox live servers as well. On the settings, Xbox networking> server connectivity is blocked.

to clarify, i have this issue on windowns 10, but i tested a lot of devices with windows 10 on my network and the problem only happed when i playing in my network, i dont have this problem when i playing in others networks with the same devices, and i already
talked to my inthernet provider about this issue and they told me that my network is in optimal condition for gaming, and also told me that the xbox services can block you from the multiplayer connection, is possible to be blocked only from the multiplayer
services? is possible to be blocked by the ip of the network which i tried to connect?

So final update. Thank you for the assistance. It seems that my NAT type was leaving "Teredo unable to qualify" which in turn was leaving the server connectivity blocked. I fixed the first issue but the server was still blocked. So I went in and restarted the iphelper in the services app and then restarted the Xbox live networking service. Then rechecked again at Xbox networking in settings and told it to fix it. It is now up and running on my pc and Xbox and can join each others games as well as any others.
