I was FIFA hacked. My account is locked by the UA investigations team according to what I have been told. The phone people told me that no one under Tier 3 could take my credit card off the account. Gwyther asked if I tried to speak to Tier 3 and when
I told him that the phone people said I couldn't speak to a Tier 3 person, that was the end of the support I got here.
