    My nba 2k did game won’t work.


    I have a disc game for nba 2K24 for my Xbox one there was no problems yes I made sure it was the right version.But it wouldn’t pop up on the installation. I did research that said I needed a digital code and I didn’t have one please help.

    You do not need a digital code for a disc game. Try ejecting the disc, then clean the disc and try inserting the disc again, and see if the game shows for installation. If it doesn't work, but other game discs do, then the disc might be faulty. You could send it back and get a replacement.

    Hi, I have already had my DNS at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I Live in US. I Have tried using a mobile hot spot but same thing did happen unfortunately on NBA 2k 23. The 1.1.1.1 also did not work.
