    Ive just done that and it hasn't worked ive went into setting and it says my NAT type is open but my server connectivity is blocked.

    It helped me in 50% because now the NAT TYPE is Moderate but the server connection is still blocked, plis help me with it we done 50% of my problems thanks for it but i still cant play online. Can you find something to change my server connection from blocked
    to open? pls

    Well, we got one thing going for us! At least this is a bit closer!

    What kind of security software do you have on your PC? This would be like McAfee or Norton anti-virus programs.

    Also, please run through the steps on
    this article     again for me now that we have your NAT to moderate.

    Tried everything on that page too, nothing worked. One thing I forgot to mention though: in the Xbox networking section of the Settings, it initially lists both the NAT Type and Server connectivity as blocked. However when I click fix it and then check again, the NAT Type is no longer blocked, it then says Moderate. Though Server connectivity is still blocked, and when I restart my computer NAT Type goes back to being blocked.
