    My name is supposedly "offensive"


    Hey I'm trying to make my Minecraft account and when I went to put in my username "" it is calling it offensive. After testing it out a bit I realized it was because of supervivens which I find incredibly stupid. Literally
    my name is just the Latin word for "Survivor". Your system for finding offensive words should not block words from another language just because a part of the word looks kind of like an offensive word OF ANOTHER LANGUAGE. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
    I wouldn't care so much if I hadn't been using this username for years.

    You should really read the terms of use if you don't know why that's not offensively or at least use common sense
    I dont really see how my name offensive to someone. They could give a chance to change it because i couldnt know that my name who is not offensive could offense others.

    Apparently my gamertag is now considered offensive...

    Well, when I talked to both activision support, and Xbox support they both told me that they didnt see how my name is offensive, but that any combination of my name and the clantag was offensive. since the clantag isnt offensive, it is my gamertag that is
    being picked up as offensive, and that this is due to recent system updates. Nobody could give me a better explanation as to why my name is offensive, or even why it is causing problems, simply that if i wanted the problem to go away i would need to pay to
    have my gamertag changed, which i am NOT inclined to do. I will change it if i can do it for free, but i will not pay for it.

    Still doesn't answer my original question. You say people find my old GT offensive? Guess what, I find this name offensive regarding the 69.

    Xbox are hypocrites. Still want my name changed free of charge.
