    I'm afraid receiving a free Gamertag change is not possible in this particular situation. All users whose Gamertags are deemed offensive or inappropriate receive an automatically generated Gamertag.

    "Microsoft can at any time deem a Gamertag harmful or inappropriate (even if the “Change Gamertag” tool allows it to be created). When we find an offensive or inappropriate Gamertag on the Xbox network, it’s replaced with a new, automatically generated Gamertag"
