    My MW22 Campaign isn't working, is there anything I can do?


    Hey so I wanted to play the MW22 campaign since it was added to Gamepass but I've had a problem, when I try to open up the campaign it says "Disc read error [8.7]: 'ww_global.ff'"? I checked my files and found that the file for the Campaign just doesn't exist. Is it a problem on my end or is it something wrong with Xbox or Activision?

    Thanks for trying to help. It doesn't work. I can't even get in the multiplayer screen can't check out my soldier stats or anything. I can only do the campaign.

    @BulletsAlwaysWn. I would so love to be able to play as Carmine in the story. If they do that with the DLC. Because i was thinking about it what could they do with a campaign DLC now that well there really isn't anything to kill.

    Hi Joshua, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You need to ask your friend to validate what Xbox subscription he has. Ask him to follow the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    He needs to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Once confirmed that he has it, ask him to remove and re-add his account to re-sync the license for the subscription.

    REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    ADD ACCOUNT​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

    3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

    Ryse has online MP. That can equate to countless hours of play time so the 6 hour campaign isn't anything to fuss over IMO.
