    i cant sign into either my MSN or Xbox because they are asking for verification the only way to verify it is me is by sending me a code. Problem is they want to send the code to an email address i havent use in over 20 years. it is an aol email address which i dont even remember having, been trying for the last 2 days to get help or to find a phone number to call with no luck mostly because they keep telling me to sign in which i cant do

    But the question is... How am I able to check an MSN e-mail address when I am not able to because it is non existence? Why is it always sending a code onto an MSN address (that I have no access to) rather than the hotmail address?

    They are sending a code to an unknown email adress so that I can VERIFY myself? How can I able to verify myself with an email something I can't reach and is Non-Existence? I need help... I was trying to purchase points in general?

    Going though the same thing as OP, using a windows based computer.

    I am able to drop the old e mail and replace as it's wanting to send me a code to verify I am the owner of my MSN / hotmail address but it's slated to take a month from today.

    It's asking me to send me a code for my emails when not to login to xbox live It's not promotion it's regarding an account just about to be hacked or something.

    Courtney, I really appreciate your quick response to my question.

    I can get into the security options, but as soon as I select one, it's asking me again to verify myself by sending an email to the account I can't access anymore. Almost any option I choose under my settings brings me back to verifying who I am through an email address I can't access. My main email isn't an issue, I can get into my account all day long, it's trying to change anything I seem to be stuck. I made my account a long time ago, and only bought an Xbox in the last year or 2.
