My MS billing account is right

    What can I do?

My MS billing account is right. I moved from UK to Canada which means I now have 2 accounts. Microsoft can't or doesn't want to delete my UK one. Live Rewards cannot deposit and have replied that I should created a new account. However that means I will
    lose all my credits.

Support please let me know how one can proceed, since you keep sending me emails about my account needing attention.

    Thank you

    :)

  2. Am I screwed? suspended live account

Problem is, they already billed you, and now, it's past-due. That happened to me, as well. All you can do, at this point, is use some sort of debit/credit card, pay your bill, and opt out.

You also might have to pay either over the phone or via their website if you can't log into your XBL account. That can be an issue with auto-renew. If you get a month of Xbox Live Gold, make sure you switch off auto-renew right after activating your month.

Right now, there's a bit of an issue for me. They bill me for one month of service on the 21st of every month, but it'll be due on the 3rd of the next month. I have to catch up and readjust my bank account so that it can be billed on the 21st. They'll get their money by the due date, so it's not too much of an issue, but I will get emails every day reminding me of the fact my card was declined. I'll sort it out, soon enough.

    missing MS points

Hey M1DN1GH7 K1LL3R, in addition to what NJDevils rock13 said, you may want to check your billing history under "My Account". The "My Account" link is on the upper right of the page, near your gamertag and picture. The 'Billing History' link is on the lower
left under 'Payments and Billing'. If your MS points were converted to cash equivalent, you should see it there. Please reply if this settles the issue or not. Best to you!

My MS billing account is right

    Hello flumpi,

I can confirm that you currently are not receiving your deposits due to having a British Rewards Account with a Canadian Microsoft Account. Since we cannot deposit GBP into your Microsoft Account, the deposit fails.

This means that in order to resolve this issue, you have two options. You need to either adjust your Microsoft Account to match your Rewards Account, or create a new Rewards Account to match your new Microsoft Account region.

    1) You can adjust your Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards region from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com). This
will cause your regions to match and allow your currency to be deposited.

    2) The second option of Creating a brand new account has some pros and cons. The benefit of creating a new Rewards Account is that your new account will be set to track and Reward purchases made in your Microsoft Account's regional currency. The drawback
is that you will lose the previous progress you have made on your account, as you will be creating a brand new Rewards Account. While we will be able to transfer any pending (un-deposited) Credits from your old Rewards Account, we will not be able to transfer
    any other progress.

If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards).
If your join by date still shows "???", and not your recent registration date, then your account has not yet been successfully re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits
from your old account to your new one.

Xbox GamerTag Hacked!!!! Everyone watch out.

I had my account hacked last Wednesday. My credit card info is fine but I had 6050 MS points and now I only have 50. They hacked my account using the FIFA12 hack. I called MS right away and my account is under investigation and locked. When I looked at my
billing inquiry I noticed that there were 21 points charges for 280 MS points each and a single charge of 180 points which equals 6000 points. The charges were all for FIFA 12 items. I strongly suggest that people should go and change their passwords if it's
not too late. Even the people that haven't been hacked should change their passwords. This is the best thing tat you can do right now to keep your accounts safe. There also needs to be a patch for FIFA 12 si people will stop hacking into other people'e accounts.

    Account swap

Not able to move Xbox profile to an already established Microsoft account.

You can set your current MS account as a billing email (to receive billing notices to) and Security proof ( where MS will send codes to verify your ownership of the account to)
