    My MS Account


    Recently my account got hacked and the hacker changed the email and password. I have been unable to get the account back using the recover system, but on the hacked account I bought minecraft on that account i am hoping if you could either help me to get my account back or to maybe transfer my minecraft to this account.

    I have the same issue. The difference is that I have never entered my MS account on my PS5 and accordingly never connected my MS account to my PSN account.



    I contacted PSN support and they answered me that I need to contact MS support because PSN support doesn't have any information about which MS accounts are connected to which PSN accounts when it comes to Minecraft connection to MS account for network gaming.

    So who on the MS side can tell me to which PSN account my MS account was already connected? I am pretty sure this is a glitch because I have never connected my account before yesterday when I got this message.

    No just one GT. I have one GT on a MS account just for my Xbox. I had a personal MS account and just upgraded my PC to W8 and got a Lumia 920. To use all the features of my phone and W8 I want to move my GT from my Xbox account over to my personal account.
    I wont be using my Xbox MS account anymore, just my personal W8 MS account.

    Unlink or Deauthorise all third party sites from my Ms Account (sites that let you use this as a way of signing in).

    It appears there was no support for bungie.

    I contacted MS they took me around in circles first saying to change my ms account - this couldn't be done because of some error that suggested my other MS account was not an Ms account and tried to get me to make it one again - even though it was already
    done so it failed - then they said to take my other MS account and make it an alias - that couldn't be done as it is already a main MS account, then they said to contact Activision about Bungie - but Activision does not support Bungie or Halo as it is not
    in there support site as a listed game.

    It appears that I managed to sign up another Bungie account using this MS account then linking another Google account to it so I can sign in via the Google in order to unlink this MS account.

    Figured this out. My PC MS Store account was using a different MS account than my Xbox account. Switched it over and it started working as expected

    How can I purchase Sea of Thieves digital currency from my store account to go a different linked Xbox account?

    Exact MS account check!

    Linked to Xbox account uncheck... that one doesn't have the funds.

    • My MS account -> linked to old account that MS or EA cannot assist with, thus orphaned.
    • no MS account ->New Xbox account not linked, but have Game pass on.
    Is there a way to remove an Xbox account and link a new one?
