You can't use gaming.mouse's

However there is one.specifically designed for xbox coming soon

And after brookland you will have more compatibility

You need a custom adapter and software as you been told already which isn't compatible with anything but windows

Or.brookland which will solve your issue however that's a.new device as you been told.regular wired.mouse's are your best bet
