Is the game on an external hard drive. If so the issue could be with the hard drive. I would move the game to internal if it is on an external drive and see if the issue remains.

If none of NiteTimeOwl's good suggestions work, then I would reset the console by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console and select Reset and keep my games and apps

If that doesn't work, I would try the reset again but this time selecting the option to remove everything. Make sure to move all your games to an external if possible:

2. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, then go to System > Settings > System > Storage.

Have you found the issue? I downloaded it a week ago. Tried everything. Like you everytime i load my profile 1-3 houses show up. Back to home screen. Very anoying. . .

I'm playing (attempting to play) monopoly plus on xbox one. After I select my profile it loads to one green house and then freezes. Does the notorious stutter audio. Uninstalled, hard reset, ect. No normal fixes fixed it.
