i have everything needed now and i had it when i message 6 months ago , you said to opt out from the rewards and get back after that to contact you so you could send the Money and that is what i did

there is nothing from brazil and there is payment option so i would like to have the Money i should have got months ago

Since you do not have a Microsoft Payment Account, we cannot complete a deposit. We can only deposit into a Microsoft Account, and not another payment account, like a Credit Card or paypal. From the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

Furthermore, we see that your Billing Account is set to Brazil, so a deposit attempt will fail due to your Billing and Rewards regions being different.
