I MADE A PURCHASE FOR CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS COLD WAR AND NOW IT SAYS I HAVE TO BUY THE GAME TO PLAY IT, WHEN I ALREADY DID THAT AND NOW I JUST HAVE TO SIT HERE AND WAIT FOR YOU GOONS TO GIVE ME BACK MY GAME OR MONEY and if not than I'm suing xbox corporate
along with my legal team because i have evidence of this **** happening more than once and never got reimbursed for it

unfortunatly is no one on the forums here that can help you with issue directly. You would need to contact xbox support to help you further.

Regarding the issue though if you did purchase the game on your account it would be listed under purchase history and that would be confirmation that you own it

Also please be in mind that the game and consoles have only just been released so issues like these are not uncommon and tend to be fixed and patched very promptly especially if the issue is wide spread

You'll have to check the card statement to verify 100% because things do break, but if it's asking you to pay again 99.9% of the time that means the charge didn't go through. if it did charge you multiple times you'll need to contact support to get that
sorted out, but they WILL sort it out.
