My money has been "stolen"

if there is anyway to contact Microsoft without phoning them because I don't have a phone,could someone tell me because I need help.I purchased 9 REQ packs on Halo 5 which coated about £20/$28.the money was taken out the bank but for a whole day I have waited
and still no REQs and I'm getting worried I paid for nothing,again I need to contact them in text so we can fix it so if anyone can help I thank you a ton.

Hi all, my account has been hacked, and now recovered but that spending money stolen my credit card, I know there is something I can do? or is money lost?

You can either call xbox support or chat with xbox support there is no other way.

 

This is something that you need to contact the official Xbox support team for at support.xbox.com/contact-us


You can choose official chat as a contact method...you can also use twitter to contact @xboxsupport

 

Hi I'm not too sure whether you saw my previous reply on your previous post regarding the same issue. Here it is:

"Hi fellow Spartan! Try restarting your game, do this by following the instructions here. Then open Halo 5 and check the Open Packs section.
They should have popped up there. You can also view the REQ packs at halowaypoint here. Hope this solves this issue feel free to ask
more questions here or at the halowaypoint support as well. Cheers!"

Anyways, to add on, make sure you've logged into the correct account from which you have purchased the REQ packs.
