    My mojang and microsoft accounts are seperated!


    Hi, I downloaded minecraft on my mojang account java edition before oct. 19 2018. And I made my microsoft account after that. But for some reason, those accounts didn't merge, and I had to download java editor minecraft on my microsoft later. When I tried to login with my mojang account, it said I still needed to buy the game for some reason and doesn't let me change anything of redeem anything anymore. Can you please fix this? I also bought minecraft on Nintendo Switch if that makes a difference.

    When buying minecraft again I didn't know that I could migrate to a microsoft account from my mojang. So I don't have the windows 10 edition either.

    Is there anyone who can help with this? My mojang account somehow got reset and now says "Player" as my name when I lo in using the launcher. And it asks me to login with my microsoft account to play the game and only allows the DEMO version. Thanks!

Well, unfortunately here we are only gamers and not Microsoft employees, but! What you are describing is a common glitch with the migration process! Good news Mojang can help with that!

    no, as they are 2 completely different systems, berock licence is from microsoft and java is from mojang which operate seperately.

    you would need to purchase java edition.

    I got minecrat from Microsoft Store. So the account I bought was already a microsoft account. My account has nothing to do with mojang. I can't send verification code because I didn't get it from Mojang. My account is already microsoft account, why do I need verification but? I'm not a Mojang account
