My modern warfare 2019 disappeared and no where to be found it’s digital

When you go to your Xbox app, go to your Library, change the filter to owned games, see if the game comes up. Xbox app will show most games that you have the option to download it on the console but you will not be able to play it if you do not have the license from the account. That is why I wanted you to check if you can find the game bought from your order history because if that is not there, it could be on a different account. Orders will not be removed from the history as well.

If I did t buy it I wouldn’t be able to download it through the Xbox app I have the game it just doesn’t show I owned it but I actually do something must of messed up on the Xbox one store says I still haven’t bought it but on the Xbox app I can download it and I own it doesn’t make any sense to me I remember buying it and downloading it took me 4 days to download that game

You mean you can see that you purchase COD points for the game but is it showing the game that you bought? Because you can still play the game through Home Xbox sharing if this was bought on another account. If you cannot find the game on your account being purchased then it must have been shared by another account.

If the game is not there, that is the reason why you cannot find this anymore. Try searching for the game from the store to see if you own it as well because if not, this might have been bought on another account. Try checking other accounts.

I looked and I did have it it showed I spent money on the game for cod points in 2020 and I’ve had my Xbox account for years I never had another one
