    Hello DAWN BREAKER 66,

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing controllers. If you purchased a design lab controller by December 17 and did not receive credits, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it
    for you.

    Hi Fall3nElder,

    Did you purchase the Xbox One X and those games during their promotional periods? If not (including buying it before then), it's unlikely the Rewards programme will award you the points.

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.
