my minecraft world won't "sync"

ok so i made a minecraft world on a xbox one s and recently ive gotten a series s and now i cant find my world. Ive done multiple things to try and get it back on my account; like reset but keep apps and games or uninstall and reinstall minecraft but nothing seems to work.

That didn't work, I did all the steps in order and i clicked the sync old worlds and it didn't give my any of my wold ones.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform an extended power cycle and reset your network hardware in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
