My Minecraft world didn't sync properly and my recent builds are gone what do I do?

Let’s try removing and re-adding your profile. This will help synchronize the data and settings smoothly.

To remove your profile

1. Select Settings.

2. Go to Account.

3. Choose Remove accounts.

4. Select your account and remove it.

NOTE: Make sure you know the email address and password for your profile before removing it from the console.

Next, press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

To redownload your profile:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select Sign in.

3. Go to Add & Manage.

4. Choose Add New.

5. Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

If that still doesn't fix the issue, try to reset the console and keep the games and apps.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to remember the email and password for the account before taking these steps.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

I did those steps , reloaded minecraft & my world is showing up but when I click it , it says “ Failed to sync world data , the world is not fully synced .....”

What do I do now ?

I need my world back this is not the first time this occured my xbox was glitching so I reset it with KEEP APPS AND GAMES! When I went to minecraft I had to re-sync ALL of my worlds... I named a world in color named Territory or something like
that. Now its gone and I ALREADY TRIED SYNC OLD WORLDS DIDN'T HELP! I really want my worlds back, because I spent ALOT of time into them. Please help me!

So I've been dealing with an issue with the Minecraft Bedrock Edition where sometimes when starting up, the world I've been building on with friends doesn't appear. The only solution I could find for this issue was to remove my account from my xbox and bring
it back. This is what I've had to do multiple times this week. Tonight though, it didn't work right and now I got a syncing error or something where it said it didn't sync properly and to try on another xbox. (I don't have more than one xbox.)

After trying again with various things like uninstalling/reinstalling and all that again, I got the world to appear, but clicking on it now just crashes the game dropping me back at the dashboard without so much as an error. This is honestly really depressing
and these kinds of issues with cloud saves and all that just makes me want to avoid games with them all together considering I've never had this kind of issue on the other Minecraft versions. Doing it all again has just brought me back up one step to:

Failed to Sync World Data

The world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. Try playing the world on a console where it's in a good state and try migrating it again.

So my friend has this world we all play on and when he goes to his other house he tries to sync the world but the most recent sync is not the most recent one and he has no other choice and we lose a lot of progress we did on that day.

Is there any way when he goes to the other Xbox the world will sync properly?
