Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Do you have a third-party headset, external hard drive, or mouse and keyboard plugged into your console? If yes, can you please unplug them and then perform a power cycle on your console before attempting to launch the game again? Keep the accessories unplugged and let's check if there will be an improvement.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

I'm having the same issue, everytime I try to play any racing game with my wheel it just won't work. The game just won't load or in Project Cars 2 case, it'll start normally but won't let me use any of the buttons to start the game.

My account just started doing the same thing. If I'm signed in it won't go live, and when I go live it won't let me sign in WTF!!!

Well the thing is before I borrowed the game, it was still shrink wrapped. Game Loads just fine but won't let me install the game.

they had me recover my gamer tag, and clear my catche. but none of it worked. and stiff won't let me play, it still freezes at the start/ loading game.
