My minecraft won't let me chat in this dedicated server could I get some help please.

Hi so I logged into my friends server and it said when i tried to chat "chat disabled due to missing profile public key. please try reconnecting. this is minecraft java by the way. i tried reconnecting reinstalling the game. i contacted mojang support but they are not helping because its mostly automated and they take a day to respond each message. i did check my minecraft.net folder on my computer and in the profile keys folder there is nothing in it. how can i get a key. my i want to fix it for myself my friend does not want to change the server security settings because he has lots of people on it.

thanks for the help if i get some reply's. so far with everyone telling me its a me issue not a minecraft issue.

I had this issue. I solved it by simply deleting the usercache.json file in my instance's folder.
