My Minecraft Twitch and TikTok cape still hasent been added to my acc despite me entering...

The TikTok/Twitch capes will appear in Minecraft: Java Edition on July 8th. You mentioned that they should have arrived after the 8th, but it seems you are confusing June with July.

As stated on the Minecraft website, the capes are not available for Java Edition yet.

Unfortunately, the Twitch and TikTok 15th anniversary Minecraft capes are not yet available on Minecraft Java Edition.
