My Minecraft realms chat is not working.

On my minecraft realms, my chat has not been working for a year. I often roleplay with others, but we have to do /say to speak. Signs do not work. Earlier last year it wasn’t that bad, as you would type, nothing would be seen, but 10-20 minutes later, all the chats that other people said came flooding in. I’m not sure what to do, and this is happening for all people in the realm. We also found since the new update of minecraft, that we cannot invite anyone to our game. I’ve checked my Xbox settings, and my privacy settings are fine, If you could give any suggestions on what to do, that would be VERY helpful, thank you.

If you're not seeing the options to request a call or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

That charge should be for Minecraft Realms.
