    My minecraft pocket editon crash when sign in xbox


    I used the mcpe free version 1.16 ( i found it on youtube )So i turn on minecraft i saw my minecraft have a problem that cant change skin then i unistall it and download again but i cant login again but the skin can change , i tried other mcpe version but
    it still like that, when i touch sign in , the screen is loading then the screen black , the game open again, i sign in again , then login done and it crash again , then i open the game , click sign in, and it told me to chose account to sign in, so i chose
    the account i use before it crash , then i touch it , the screen black 1 sec and loading screen keep loading and it didnt work i wait like 10 minutes still not work

    My Xbox account keeps crashing when I join MCPE.

    If this is minecraft pocket edition this is a mojang problem and not your microsoft account
    This is a mix for the two people, my Microsoft account crashes when I sign in to Minecraft.

    I don't know what to do I have tried to do my best by my self and that failed. and I hope your week is going well and I wish you the best this week.

    My minecraft pocket edition always crash when i log in this account to the minecraft. Then i tried log in to another account and it doesn't crash anymore, but i wanted to play in my main account. Anyone can help?
    edit: now i need to relog the app twice in order to make the game working correctly.

    Is the launcher crashing, or is the game crashing when you launch it?

    Also, are you trying to play Java or Bedrock editon?
