My Minecraft Account Was Stolen From Me, The person switched my personal data and email, making it so im unable to log on and enjoy the game THAT I PAID FOR. when i contacted microsoft about theese issues and proved to them that im to sole owner of the account they said that, they cant do anything about it, even though i proved im the original owner. If microsoft will respond to this and accualy help me i will start liking microsoft and accualy use it. But for now im done

The first idea to find your email is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Once you have found the new alias, you can recover the account using the Account Recovery Form: https://account.live.com/acsr]

Make sure to complete it in an area you would usually access your account from. It is important to be consistent with this form, you can complete the form twice a day everyday until your regain access to your account. Repeating this will increase your odds of recovery.

Sorry it's not a billing issue. My account has been stolen, and Microsoft support has charged me to restore my accounts but that didn't happen. Now I can't access anything to do with the email address and my Live account has been stolen?? As of right now
I can't even log on to my PC and support is once again trying to fix it. How was this my fault, and why am I being charges?

Unfortunately Microsoft can't do anything about physical hardware being stolen. You'll have to wait to see if the police can recover yours or get a new one. Microsoft won't send you a free console because it was stolen.
