My Minecraft legends deluxe code wont work

I checked again found it and the errors are gone but it still asks me for minecoins and i looked at what others had on YouTube they had "download DLC" i dont have that and when i checked the add on section it was there saying doesn't need to be installed but i still dont have access to it

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:



- Make sure your console is connected to the internet and you are signed in with the same account that redeemed the code.

- Go to Settings > Account > Manage subscriptions and check if the Minecraft legends deluxe pack is listed there. If not, try redeeming the code again or contact us for further assistance.

- Go to My games & apps > See all > Manage game and add-ons and check if the Minecraft legends deluxe pack is installed. If not, select it and install it.

- Launch the game and go to the Marketplace tab. Select the Minecraft legends deluxe pack and press A to download it.

- Restart the game and check if you can access the skins.

Im still have the issue with the pack i "own" it but i dont have the download option i started my save on PC (not deluxe) and bought a deluxe disc for series x and used cloud would that affect it somehow? No idea what its wrong its "installed" but not showing up in the actual game its on my account and its in the add ons and its redeemed so now what it wants me to buy minecoins and i know thats not right and i dont get errors anymore (from the original post)

Thanks for replying i did try entering the code again and says its all ready redeemed so thats tried i did check the dlc/add on settings didn't see it but i can check again and i only use one xbox account and i was connected to the Internet i checked my order history too it is there and I got an email saying i redeemed it but still getting those errors i put in the question and i checked subscriptions and only core and ultimate option was there
