It's not that Microsoft support doesn't worry about your account being stolen. If you're the real owner they need to verify that you are the real owner. They ask you proof of ownership to verify your identity. Screenshots of you using the account doesn't mean that you're the real owner.

Here in the public forums no one can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies

If you have Important proof of ownership for the account (emails sent recently, people who you talked more often, etc)
You can try opening a 1:1 chat with Microsoft support and attach those proofs

If you're not able to prove your ownership, unfortunately you may need to create a new account
